Little Mouses Big Valentine

This kid LOVES to read! He and little A have made up a new game--taking turns sitting on mommy's lap to read a book. They could spend a good, long while doing this even being remarkably patient in waiting for their turn. It's so great! Little J has been very interested in his big sister learning to read and has his own way of reading. I'll read a book a few times and then he will sit down and tell the story and 'read'. He's quite good at it too. This kid has got a sharp little mind!! Just watch and see how adorable he is! He's reading a Valentine book we got at the library about a little mouse who makes a very big Valentine that none of his friends' want. A hawk picks him up and after a ways drops him into a pile of leaves where he finds a new friend, Gloria, and together they get scissors and cut the Valentine into a lot of little Valentine's and the little mouse saves the nicest one for Gloria. (I was upset the camera ran out of memory before he finished. :( But, it's still so cute!)
